Refund policy

We want you to love what you purchase from STIL Boutique. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer store credit or an exchange.

Regular-priced merchandise and sale items discounted less than 30% may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

- Be unworn and unwashed

- Have original tags attached

- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage

- Be returned in original condition

Returns received outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Approved returns will be issued as a STIL Boutique gift card.

- Online returns will receive a digital gift card via email.

- In-store returns may receive a printed gift card.

- Gift cards may be used online or in-store.

- Store credit never expires.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Merchandise discounted 30% or more

- Bodysuits

- Bralettes and undergarments

- Beauty products

- Hats

- Sunglasses

- Earrings and other personal-use accessories

- Gift cards

 

We love making things easy but sale styles are like final cherries on top. Once they’re yours, they’re yours! 🍒

To request a return, please email info@stilboutique.ca within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. STIL Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.

Please allow up to 48 hours for returns to be processed once they have been received by our store.

All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival.

Items returned with signs of wear, missing tags, stains, odors (including smoke or perfume), pet hair, makeup, damage, or items otherwise not in original condition will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Any ineligible return will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@stilboutique.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
